    No sorry there are hardly any videos demonstrating any gameplay at all.

     

    lol what? have you even watched the videos? there's 1v1, group v group PVP showing off the real-time combat, mounts and mounted combat, boats and naval combat, random exploration, player-built cities and other sites, there's even grass and trees swaying in the fscking breeze, suns rising and setting...

     

    ...and you're complaining about character creation?

     

    hilarious.

     

    Darkfall is not WOW, it's a fantasy sandbox game with PVP and territorial conflict as the central focus. quests and endless PVE grinding are not what the game is about. can't handle it? don't play it.

    Please read the interpretations (by a native greek speaker) of the press release here, there's a post with more insight into it as well as a link to the press release itself right after it. See for yourself that it is so vague and uncommitted that it doesn't even mention Darkfall Online anywhere.

  • anyone paid to perform a specific role is a professional. if they are paid to test a game, then they are professional testers.

  • it's a PVP game, foo. what do you expect them to show, barbie dolls?

     

    i also like how you describe facts as idiotic excuses. Blizzard isn't at E3 2008, so the WotLK expansion, Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 are all vapourware, right?

     

    oh and there are several accounts of there being a standalone version of DF available at E3 2006.
