• • Cannons and swords?

  • I agree entirely, I dislike the fact that there are magical based cannons. The idea just to me for some reason. I think the game would flow together much better with land based cannons over the magical based. Just IMO.

    Possibly it is hyped because with the current crap on the P2P releases this game is just as good as any other.  Looks great without killing your pc, has the quests n grind of any other game P2P or F2P. And the community is pretty decent.

    I agree with the lack or lore n monsters not fitting in...but that is minor.

    Currently with the lack or maturity,content, WoW clones in the P2P market, PW offers just as much but free. That is why I think it deserves some hype.

     

    I highly agree that there is nothing but CRAP on the p2p scene and PWI is pretty much hands-down the best f2p out there right now. Granted its OB and things can be changed to localize it or whatnot. Who knows, mobs may get moved or something who knows...BTW

     

    ITS A FANTASY GAME!!! WHO GIVES A FLYING F*#K if there is a crab not near any water... If you wanted realism go play Real-Life Job. Go grind your paycheck.

     

    It's not just where the mobs are located. The mobs in general are crap imo. I'm not saying I want to play realism, but PWI is not worth my time. BTW, What the hell are you talking about, "go play real-life job". I have 3 thank you. Which is why I can afford to play non f2p games. Not that there is anything to play thats p2p but I'll play something other then PWI while I wait for DFO to come out.

    This is very untrue, like many of the previous posts state, if EVE was pure player skill based, you would be able to manually fire weapons etc etc etc.

    Also, my reasoning for leaving EVE after the 21 day trial, is the same as everyone else who's posted. So no need to state them again, not a bad game, just not for me. As for DFO, totally seperate game, for reasons stated already.
