    For persons born on or after November 14, 1986, a person is a U.S. citizen if all of the following are true:
    One of the person's parents was a US citizen when the person in question was born;
    The citizen parent lived at least 5 years in the United States before his or her child's birth; and
    At least 2 of these 5 years in the United States were after the citizen parent's 14th birthday.

    In addition, in 2000, Congress passed the Child Citizenship Act (CCA) which allows any child under the age of 18 who is adopted by a U.S. citizen and immigrates to the United States to acquire immediate citizenship.

    link for a citizen to be 'naturalized' does not mean that they were 'naturally born' (i.e. born in the land.) It means that they went through a process of becoming a citizen, and is not to be confused with the term 'natural born' as used in the requirements for President or VP.

    video google has now substituted a russian and asian documentary that has no quality/detail like the initial.

    An hour later access to the NOW retitled video JFK 2 Assassination Study seems to be restored.
