• • Experiencing some die hard crashes.

  • alright, first off, I'm in the boat you were in. I'm going to try to see if your fix will fix mine.

    I've been able to play for hours yesterday, and a few crashes today. sometimes it won't even go to the desk top, even after CTL-Alt-Del'n for a good minute or so....so I'm forced to restart my computer.

    now, after servers go back online, I crash every 5-10 minutes...did it like 5 times...

    I only got the blue screen of death a few times, I think it's because one of my four gigs of memory is bad, or two of them, because when I only have two in it works with no BSOD, when I put a third or fourth back in, I get it.

    or maybe it's I need a better processor, right now i'm running on a spare just good enough to play War....because I broke my old one trying to clean it 0.o

• • Questions about some classes Order and Destruction...

  • ok, first off. I enjoy about the same amount of classes on both sides. I want to narrow it down to one though, or atleast one on each side. so help me out :)

     

    so far I notice that bright wizard and Dark elf Sorceror  are both very similar. is there anything that splits the two apart later on?  I really like Bright wizard's fire, but I've always been a more dark elf , badguy player...so I'm stuck between the two...any thoughts?

     

    Also, can a Chosen use a two handed sword? instead of one sword and a shield? if so when?, same thing for the Black Orc?...and what about the Priest, does he get a sword? or only hammers and mace?

    just want to get a good idea before I put in more effort in a real character once the game is launched

    and those are all I'm interested in :) thanks for the help in advanced

  • I downloaded the open beta, and I'm trying to install it but it says I need the new DirectX and it sent me to download it, so I did and installed it, and yet it still keeps telling me I need it...anyone know what I can do?
