  • Skimmed thru the pages of this thread... funny.

    As said before, it was never about lore, it was about money. It's always about money, past, present and future.

    The interesting part of this is that FC is now theorizing that dropping the M rating will result in more long-term revenue. Perhaps keeping the parents from cancelling thier kid's subscriptions? But what about the theory that an older crowd  would appreciate the M rating and buy in? Since FC knows how much they sold, how much they expected to sell, and the average age of their subscribers (perhaps?).... Then doesn't this move imply that there is more money to be made by catering to the 10-15 age range, even though the average mmo player is reportedly in their 20s? or even more revealing, doesn't this imply that the majority of MMO players are really kids that never grew up? And wouldn't that make most of you on this forum a bunch of immature older people who play kid's games? And yet... i'm here and I play MMOs.... OMG ?!!!

    But I'm an older gamer and I'm enticed...  so I guess I disagree with this. Sure, the younger crowd likes tits, but the older crowd likes them too imo. (since we are all just extrapolating our own ideas onto the world... which is what we do here right?)    .... Boobs are fun and enticing at all ages. Expect to see blondes with cleavage selling geritol in the near future, (if it's not happening already).
