The real problem is the game engine, it looks like utter crap. I have no words to describe how awful it is. And fixing a game engine is not so quick as fixing the graphics. They were better off buying the U3 engine and modifying it for their own needs, or employing better programmers to code their own. Its unbelievable how crappy it is now.

ya we all have...and its a pretty old one...I could probably name you at least 5 engines that are better than the one in DF since I have used them all and they look 10 times better
Don't let anyone stop you. Why is it that no one actually uses a complete, solid arguement to put this game down? Starting to make me think there isn't one.
