• • Is rohan online any good?

  • Rohan is a good F2P MMORPG and here are a few pointers to keep in mind.

     

    Support

    - Great GM support

    - Decent community, a few bad apples of course.

    -Alright graphics, though not better than Rappelz in my opinion.  I can max the settings on a P4 3.0 ghz, 2 GB RAM, and X850 Pro.

     

    Gameplay

    - Drop rate is low

    - Forging uniques has about a 20-30% success rate.

    - The grind begins early.  For example partying and leveling on mobs 5-10 levels above us, I only gain .2 a kill from 27-28.  It takes me about an hour and a half to 2 hours to level.  There are 99 levels in this game.

    - Classes so far appear to be balanced in PVE.

    I say give the game a try if you're not playing any game currently.  You can definately reach at least 25 in a few days if you quest and party effectively and by then you should have somewhat of an idea of what to expect from the game.

  • This game was great when it first came out, despite the lag and grind. But with the shear amount of botters in the game now a days, the game is heading downhill very fast.

  • Speaking of immaturity, you know your post is somewhat immature as well -_- Anyways, what do you expect from WoW? It is the most popular MMORPG today in the world. With that popularity comes ordinary people and idiots from around the world as well. There's just bound to be some of them in that crowd of 10 million players. My suggestion is to join a more mature guild, there's bound to be a few on your server. If not, then a server transfer wouldn't hurt if the immaturity level is bothering you too much.

  • I mean seriously now, it's a F2P game guys so expect some sort of grinding. Several P2P games already have grinds, how much more for a F2P. As long as the community is alright, graphics are nice, GMs are not corrupt and the game is not crowded with botters and hacks I would be alright with it. Most of the comments I've heard about this game seem positive and the grind at least for them was nothing compared to Lineage or Silkroad.
