Even if gameplay were to be fixed to a state of "workingness", I cannot get over the craptastic art direction (graphics).

i expected most people not to believe me and thats fine, it dosent change the fact that a KOTOR MMORPG is being made, or atleast is going to be made by LucasArts/Bioware...
anyway, have fun believing/not beliving me.. just wanted to tell you my find
Thanks, EndDream. :)
This might be the most stupid poll-title i have ever seen on this site.. Why on earth would EA cancel a thus-far successful development and highly anticipated release of WAR? Just because funcom gets AoC in working condition for some users? By the same logic, AoC would cancel their development/project, just because WoW is still going strong.
Fail +1, try again - because you just don't make sense, or you are very naive.
The only reason they would cancel a game, is because they see there is absolutely no reward possible vs. the risk involved of continuing development. (Not a factor here), or that it has been out for 6+ months and it has less than 10-20k subscribers.
Here's another more extensive write-up. Got videos, interview-videos, Q&A's.. the works! courtesy of worldofwar.net

I'm on Q6600 (quad-core), 2GB of 1066mhz RAM, 1x8800GTX, water cooled and slightly OC'ed system. I still cannot run AoC on max without massive stutter. (It works fine with 4x AA and shadows on medium, rest on high.) Just to give you some sort of comparison and expectation.
I've been playing AoC during mostly the whole of "general beta", and I won't be purchasing this game until at least 2-3 months after release, when it's (really) done!
