- Yeee! New player, actually loving this game
Start Chopping wood for Str. if you are going to play as melee or start useing Spirit Speak to get Int. up if you are going to be a caster.
Also be ready to get hooked for along while if you have never played because that game is what everyone wants but in 3D.
I played for 6years on Great Lakes and my old guild is still there and going strong. I have thought about going back but I love 3D graphics to much to do it hehe.

If you don't like the Riftway then don't use it.. Simple
As far as how big DF world is we can only wait and see I don't beleave everything I read.
With that said I really hope it's a big as they have said that would be great..

Ok I do not play AoC but did in beta and could tell from that it was not the game for me.
But you ask how long they can keep the doors open.
Well did you happen to play AO at release OMG if they could keep that game going this long
then they can keep AoC going for awhile. HEHE

You dont have to spend $3000 on a computer to run War I just bought my wife a $399 computer off of tigerdirect and it runs the game on high settings with little to no vid lag.
Check newegg and tigerdirect for a card you should beable to get one around $30 with shader 2. But I would buy a better one if you are planing on playing Darkfall if and when it is released because I think you will have a harder time getting it to run then you will War.
