    I mean, I've had some problems with the game taking 10 minutes plus just to fully close out after typing /exit, but I've only once had the issue where I couldn't log in, and that was because I crashed and it said I was already logged in to another server.

    This, however, was fixed by waiting "patiently" for about 30 minutes. I think reinstalling the entire game may be a little extreme, but hey, if it fixes your problem, that's awesome.

    Maybe I can hijack this thread an ask a question: How can you get the game to run in a REAL windowed mode? Everytime I use it, it looks exactly like Full Screen, except in Windowed mode it doesn't minimize when I click on something on my extended desktop. I'd like to be able to see the ( - [] X) at the top right and the system tray at the bottom, which is what I'm getting at here.

     

    I had the same problem at first. Here is the fix.

    Go to user settings and make sure that your resolution isn't the exact same for full screen and windowed mode. Make windowed mode a lesser resolution. Viola! Fixed!

    This is exactly correct . . . at leas it was correct about 4 months ago.

    Mythic Entertainment supports custom UI's. These UI's will be cosmentic in nature, and will not add on anything to the UI that is currently there. However, according to Mark Jacobs, the use of any add-on scripts whatseoever is a bannable offense..

  • I specifically asked this question to Mark Jacobs on my site.

    Mythic Entertainment will be running the North American servers, and GOA will be running the Euro servers. According to Mark, all you need to do to be able to play on the North American servers is to purchase the North American release of the game.
