Have to say this is something of a concern I had when I played the trial.
I took part in an allied attack on a town and found myself sneaking through some woodlands on the outskirts of the town trying to find more allied soldiers. As I was lay looking into the town, an axis soldier ran past behind me and dropped to his stomach about 15 feet away on the other edge of the wood to survey the open ground before making his next run (and the fact you have to think like this while playing is one of the things I liked about the game).
Somewhat surprised that he hadn't spotted me, I turned around and calmly shot him twice in the back (yeah I know not very noble, but it's war right!). He then stood up and turned around (at which point I shot him again but could have missed this time) and he one-shot me into oblivion...
Now I may have missed on the third shot, but I put 2 rifle bullets into him and it didn't phase him??
Or you possibly missed?
Or you possibly only wounded him? There have been times when I have been shot a number of times and haven't died.
Did you notice if you had any packet loss at the time?

This game is incredible, if you ask me.
The only problem is what you said, it's DEAD. There must be no more than 40 players online at a giving time, and everything is just so limited.. it's not really that fun.
Nonsense. My squad can put that many people on. What, are we the only people playing?
How did you discover MMORPG.COM?
