Made sense? Are you serious? You think AoC was a failure because it introduced new and innovative gaming systems that people just didn't understand?
This kind of blaming the customers is actually very common in all industries, not just MMO's. Companies produce shit and then think customers are dumb/ignorant when they don't buy the product.
AoC was not a failure because it gave us something awesome and we were not ready for it. AoC was a failure because.. well, read the 1000+ posts about this topic.
He didn't say, nor did I, that AoC was a failure. I like it. I play it. The new combat is great in my opinion. Some people do in-fact like the game and others don't. That's all I got out of his post (seems like staffers here are deleting our posts) so I guess we can just drop it.
Not bad, I enjoyed the story. Your writing style could use some work in grammar and punctuation. Although, the story made perfect sense and you filled in the details with some unique words. I couldn't figure out if you were trying to tell us a dream or a memory. Whichever it may be, good job.
