AoC has good graphics, you might enjoy that quite a lot.
Please read what i said before you post. Thanks.
So you ignore the majority of the posts in your thread adressing your issues to tell someone else to read your post? If you are going to post some overly dramatic stuff about impressions you get when you have not even played the game then maybe you should pay attention to all of the legitimate feedback you have received.
I bet you money that you will buy this game, and you will be playing it within six months.
I follow the crowd really. So if a lot of people go to this game, then no doubt i will buy it.
I told him to read my post because i said I didn't like the AOC style graphics, he didn't read it and went along saying, " Go play AOC" I do not want to play AoC.
you should of really just said this statement from the beginning. If you follow the crowd wherever like a sheep then there is really no discussion here. Sorry to put it that way because further input would be pretty pointless.

So far blizz hasn't done PvP right. They've made it just too small scale, limited, repetitive and item centric with not real meaning. How one PvP zone/ 1 more arena/ 1 more BG matches up to a game with tons of scenarios, progressive capturable world PvP objectives, keep warfare and city sieges remains to be seen, but from what I've played in WAR it's really fun.
The problem as i see it right now with comparing anything from WAR with WoW is that even the people that have played WAR have only seen a limited amount of it. My worry about the game as i see the way it progresses is that there is only going to be so many times that you can take the same objective before it gets boring?? This is the same critisism that is levelled at WoW PvP, but from what i see at the moment, WAR has based it's whole game along this premise, just on a grander scale. Before everyone screams at me, i know it is a massive over simplification, but at the end of the day it is a case of Take objective - move to next objective - take main objective - rinse and repeat! How many times will you be able to do it?
This is completely untrue. I've experienced tiers 1-4, dungeons, RvR, endgame, and more. So have many other testers. Just throwing that out there. Plus I wanted to say that all games eventually become boring until new content comes out. You make it sound like WAR will be static and never change with the times? For me personally I lost all interest in WoW once I hit endgame. The game was fun leveling up but the max level absolutely killed it for me.
WoW endgame killed it for me because I had no desire to raid, severe lack of variety/content in pvp, pvp imbalances, zero motivation to pvp other than gear, and a lack of new content outside of pve/pvp. To me raiding the same static instance over and over is extremely dull. Basically the game just isn't for me anymore and that's that.
Now WAR isn't perfect by any means, but it caters more towards my interests. What I like about WAR is that it is dynamic open world RvR with a clearly defined purpose towards an ultimate goal. Additionally, I like that your character can still progress beyond level cap with out gear being the only means to. Plus the game has far more features implemented that promote grouping/socializing/cooperation/community with out forcing it upon you. To me there is much more substance to WAR's RvR because of these features, and I do not foresee myself getting bored so quickly like many of the past MMO's that came out these past couple of years.
Wooh I'm going to go play with my Ding-a-ling! lol
the lighting system is in the game, and it has been in there for at least over a month now. It made a huge difference when the implemented it into the beta.

Yea they dont seem ovrpowered at all, especialy with backlash on them, they cant be overpowered. Im still worried about the backlash, anyone here could post some videos about backlash, show how it is on mid lvls and so on?
the backlash from combustion really isn't a problem at all if you know what your doing. I have rarely killed myself through backlash, and now that they have meltdown I have not killed myself once. The backlash is more noticeable at lower levels with bad gear. However, it takes a lot longer to build up combustion lower you are. At Rank 40 it is extremely easy to build up to maximum combustion with only 3 spells cast and using meltdown won't set you back much at all.
