Ok, cool. Thank you. I think I'm going to pick it up after work then. I'm looking up the different classes now. Worst case scenario, I guess I'll have to just turn the graphics down.
Thanks again.
Hey guys,
Quick question about the game.
I downloaded the demo during that weekend where preorders were invited in (pre-ordered the game for a buck from target). When I got into the game, it was very laggy. I wasn't sure if this was because of my PC or just the sheer amount of people. I went to a website called "Can I Run It" and I passed all of the minimum system requirements (by a lot).
If I can run WoW on my PC, will I be able to run this game well? I could run Age of Conan, but only on the absolute lowest setting with shadows turned waaaay low. Is this game friendly to 2 year old PC's? As I said, meet all requirements, but will I miss out on a lot? Just wondering what you all think.
Really tired of WoW and this game looks promising.
Thanks!
Honestly, I think it's a case by case basis. There aren't any RP specifications, so people who don't know about RP will join just like anyone else. Best advice is to find a RP guild (there's plenty) and go to town with it.
Thanks. Downloading it now.
I'm trying to find a link to the game client for LOTRO. I'm going to renew my monthly subscription and try out the game but I can't find my cd's.
