    • Name that movie!!!!!
    • The new #3 is Time Bandits?  Haven't seen it since I was a kid, so not sure.  Maybe even Close Encounters of a Third Kind (where the kids toys come to life).

The old #3, wild guess..... Cocoon or Cocoon 2? lol

    • Looking for a 37"+ 1080p HDTV for PC and Console Gaming.
    • Well, I got the Samsung. :)  Got it off Amazon at a killer deal!

Best Buy wanted 1900 for it and Newegg was 1500 plus shipping.

Amazon had it for 1460 with free shipping!  It's on it's way now.  Can't wait for it to arrive.

I tried to negotiate a deal with Best Buy though.  When I went to look at the TV, another guy came in at the same time and was also looking at it.  He mentioned something about the price being kindof high, and I told him about Amazon's deal.  We both decided to try to ask the manager if they'd try come close to matching the online price, even if we purchased the extra warranty.  The best they could do wasn't even close.  I would have still spent over 2100 once tax was included!  That's a savings of nearly $700! :)

Unless of course your bee populations are high locally. I actually know where 2 major bee colonies are in my locality and have put some natural barriers around them to protect them. Suffice it my garden is doing dandy!

      Well, a couple of things.

1, yellow jackets are a species of wasp, not a bee. :)

2, I'm not sure about being on the "endangered species list", but in my yard, where my 3 YO, 2YO and 1 YO play, they are in hostile territory.  Any animal.  I didn't want to kill that snake a few weeks ago either, but if it's around my kids, in their own backyard where they play, then yeah....it's gonna die. :)

      3.  As far as yellow jackets go, these things are a freaking plague where I live in central NC.  Can't go to any picnic area without having a TON of these things swarming all over the place.  And it's not like they aren't dangerous.  These things will attack unprovoked, repeatedly.  They are highly territorial and aggressive.  Simply swat at one, and they can and will call in their whole posse to gangbang your a$$ lol.

So simply put, I don't care how endangered something like this is.  If it's in my yard, it just crossed into an illegal zone.

BTW as far as honeybees and bumblebees go, I don't ever mess with them.  I've actually just sat down and watched them do their "thing" with flowers alot.  I respect these creatures, but there has to be a limit when it comes to safety.
