    I've posted on here a few times trying to find a game worth playing. At least in my idea of it. No one has ever real come to a conclusion for me or put any amazing advice out there. So I'm trying again and maybe for the last time.

    I've been playing MMO's since late October of 2003. That's right, FFXI. I'm honestly considering going back to it again, but there just doesn't seem to be enough people. It's to hard to find groups and level.

    So now on to what I'm truly looking for.

    I want a game that is focused on PvE, but also has PvP in it.

    Something that has a good community base and you may not NEED people to play the game with, but you do to some degree.

    Something with crafting that is worth it, where crafted items are used and are actually good to use.

    Something that takes effort and/or time to play.

    Something where guilds can fight each other and/or build a guild city.

    And last but not least! Something with a class I enjoy, This being the most important part of this. I need a class that can wear the "Heavy Armor" such as plate mail. Something that can wield a 2 handed sword and can also use a ranged weapon.

    That's what I consider important, it would also be nice if there was some type of story to go along with as well.

    Here is a list of games I already own: FFXI, LOTRO, TR (Tabula Rasa), AoC, WoW, Hellgate London.

    That is all I could find the boxes for...Here is what I have played other than those: EQ2, Rakion, Runescape, Planetside.

    I believe that is all. After seeing my TR box I am considering that and FFXI again, but I would really like to try a game I haven't played before for that thrill of not knowing what to do.

    Well, you're preaty much fckd'. There is no other MMO other then what you've listed above worth paying for. If you don't enjoy them, that means your burned out and need a break. Try some single player games. I preaty much left MMO gaming after canceling my WoW sub (since WoW is the best MMO and like I've said - I already cancelled it.)

    And if youre looking for a good single player RPG I would suggest Fable: the lost chapters for the PC (or X Box if you have it) or if you're into oldschool then Baldur's Gate 2 or Planescape: Torment.

  • The best, most innovative and fun class I ever played would have to be the Ritualist from Guild Wars. Rt have such variety of skills, from supportive, healing to strong ofensive and debuffing. Thers no better class in GW, or any other MMO.

  • Well I know 1 reason why people like this "terrible" game.

    It's one of the few games that has the ultimate endgame content that's actualy worth grinding for. It's so great I still don't understand why more MMO's don't use it. I'm talking about

    WAR OF EMPERIUM (aka castle siege)

    Mass pvp that's rewarding, exciting, extremly fun and most important - worth the effort.

    Ther's no better way for a guild to say  WE RULLE THIS SERVER  then your guild emblem printed on the flag outside the biggest castle in game. Hell yea.

    so I just downloaded the big ass client only to see that they don't give free trials anymore :P Sux to be me, I know. Then again, if someone would be so kind and send me a key to veezard89@yahoo.pl I would be very gratefull :) The game seams fun, and I have some extra cash, but I got to see first wether it work for me or not.
