Wow.
Most of these lists are pretty much the same as this one, a lot of generic subjective things that could apply to a large amount of games. Some of them don't even really apply, how is "It's cheap" one, when its subscription rate is the same as many others, and is at the high end as far as MMO subscriptions go?
I don't think any video games are made for "masculine types".
Anyway, Second Life is definately a MMO, it's not a typical RPG but since all you can do is roleplay or build, I think you pretty much have to consider it one anyway. I hate Second Life personally, but saying it doesn't apply to it's genre isn't really much of an insult, and it's full of so many things to make fun of. Anyway, with games like Rakion listed on here, which definately isn't a MMO it's kind of a nonpoint.
I despise games where the choices of armor/clothing/weapons comes down to "This is what you'll use at level 15... at level 25 you'll use this"
Ultimately the game was what I expected it to be, the same as other so-so MMOs with the only difference being the combat which still somehow ends up being grind and fetch quests.
WoW has always had a lot of things from other MMOs, the first time I played it I noticed a bunch. All genres and MMOs do that though, I think WoW seems to of done it more or at least better though. I don't really care that they do it too, it just makes it more annoying when fanboys/girls rave about how awesome stuff in WoW is when I'll remember it from UO or some other earlier MMO.
