I canceled 3 weeks in the "free month" and by some strange foresight I allso deleted my Creditcard Info. Luckey me :)
The link shows some other pure guys being mistreated my FunCom, but I thought since the thread were closed at the AoC official forum ill link it here for the public to see.
If I were still a customer at AoC/FunCom and this happend to me, I would take any means at hand and hammer away on this company. Nothing can beat a bunch of angry gamers.
Perhaps its time for gamers to unite and demand a fair and respectfull treatment, all it takes is an organizer - Sadly im no such type of person.
But I feel sorry for those guys that are the victims of this abuse/fraud - And Im pretty sure we only hear about a few incedents, my fear is that many more exists, but the public never hear about it.
Sry. for any misspelling
*EDIT*
Why do you even write "Sry. for bad spelling" when you could have spent the time just rereading and correcting your mistakes.
English is not my nativ language, and I would not recognize an spelling error even if i read it 10 times
Once again FunCom charge subscription fee after account cancel.

Sry. for bad spelling
Playing FunCom´s Age of Conan have, for some gamers, activatet some powerfull emotions.
Anger, fustration, despair and a general feeling of being a betatester, paying betatester even.
I not going to enter debate on game issues, patch issues or FunCom´s capability to produce a mmorpg game.
But I will make a humble suggestion to all the AoC gamers, who suffering the above mentioned emotions....... No game is worth so much grief.
Find yourself a new game to play, and let AoC evolve and mature at its own pace. Then when the time is right, reenter the game and enjoy it.
I have found my way back to EVE Online and it have been a blast for me, great fun and keeps me at the computer way to long.
My single point is, if AoC makes you a sad panda, then let it go ..... Dont stay and suffer, just let it go and find a new game for a while
Please click links for information on EVE Online
It was a mail from FunCom with a link to the poll.
You rate a question from 1 to 10
Mark a box on severel questions
Finally you get to write a few lines on your oppinion on AoC / FunCom / why you did´nt renew subscription.
Sadly the wine and steak statement by AoC Game Director Gaute Godager, wasnt made yet.
Sure I would have flamed a bit over this arrogance ... The current state of AoC makes such statements uncalled for and shows that Gaute Godager is full of hot air
After the 2. week of the included 30 days playtime of AoC I desided it was enugh. I just got mad every time I logged in, the fustration of several issues/bugs got to me + the non existing game support and missing features.
Needless to say I didnt subscribe.
Then after subscription was due FunCom emailed a poll on various issues, and I was a bit happy for this chance to express my views on several issues.
Im sure if my issues with AoC are fixed, I´ll be happy to have another go at the game, but for now im enjoying and having fun with other games. Afterall my gametime should be fun...
I don´t care how FunCom shares are doing, I don´t care how many stay or leave AoC, I don´t care about the fanboy vs. hater war on the forum.
I just want AoC to be fixed of any gamebreaking issues, and all the promised features be patched in.
So my advise to you all - If your gametime in AoC makes you fustratet and a sad panda, then stop playing / paying. Fill out the poll FunCom mailes you and hope for the best - Forget AoC & FunCom for a few month and check the official forum to deside if its time to return to the game. Sorry for any misspelling.
Would you rather see a game release pushed back a year or have the game release with a few bugs that will be fixed?
