• • Tier 2+ PvP?

    Anyone's server have consistently fast queues for Tier 2 scenarios? Things are great through Tier 1, but once I hit level 12 I'm pretty much forced to heavy PvE in order to continue progressing. Is it just too early? My first 12+ toon was Destruction, super long scenario queue. Fine, Destruction is over-populated. So now I rolled an Order toon and am in Tier 2, rank 12+, and the queues never pop here either.

    I was excited at the prospect of leveling up by PvPing, but it's just not working, and questing is just bringing me down big time. Everything is so spread out I spend most of my game time running to and from.

    Where's the beef?

    
     

    Scenarios are NOT the primary source of RVR/PVP in this game.  Rather than try spending your time PVEing while you wait for a scenario, try heading to where the real RVR is going on in the open world and bash some heads in there.  The true hardcore RVR groupies do not spend most of their time waiting on a scenario timer, they are in the lakes, or on rvr servers... or in lakes on rvr servers.  I never have lack for it.

  • For the record, their Devs are active within these forums and others.  So they do see the "feedback" that is posted and discussions that take place.  They do so without having to maintain and moderate a forums and have a staff dedicated to such.  Instead they are able to focus all of their attention to perfecting (or attempting to perfect) their games. :)

  • When you are in the game, hit the H key and VOILA! a magic screen pops up with a "FEEDBACK" section.  Thus, they can listen directly to their players without listening to the 3452 replies that come after someone posts something telling the person why they are an idiot.  *Ponders that for a moment*  Stupid Warhammer!  How dare they take away one of my favorite past times!  Luckily we still have these forums and Warhammeralliance.... and a few fansites that will keep the tradition alive. :)

    Disciple of Khaine is a Melee healer, who is one of the dark powers.  In that, they are like a SK.  DoK is NOT however a plate class.  For that is Chosen, the "Cursed human tank" aspect.  Plate class who relies on debuff curse magic but is a melee character.  Those are closest to EQ ShadowKnight.  And I like others was a fan of EQ1 back in the day, and am now a great fan of WAR.

  • Did you try going into your game folde and running the "Warpatch" application, instead of warhammer?  What happens when you do that instead?  If an error still persist, what error?
