- Guild Halls
This is a lot like the "housing" idea only guild based. Well, to start, if this is gonna be a guild based "hangout" then the GM should have ultimate control (Like the Guild Bank) and he/she can put restrictions on what rank you must be in the guild to enter the house. Also restrictions on who can decorate, move items, etc.

I think the reason this hasn't happend is because at the moment there is no way to send mail to a player on another server. So, say this was implemented, the player on the other server wouldn't get the money and vice-versa. It could happen if Blizz found a way to bridge mailing systems.
One way is to make it like BG's where Joe from one server mails to Joe(*) on the other server.
