I chose the first option, Yes and will keep subscribing....
This game meets and about exceeds what I was expecting for a PVP MMO. I didn't get the chance to play DAOC back in its prime so I was kind of hesitant on actually playing. For the first few days I actually hated the game. I think it was because I was expecting something else that I can't quite figure out. However, after playing for 2 weeks now, it's by far one of the best games (MMOs) I've had the pleasure of playing. Especially with the recent change to queuing for RVRs, it's much more lively.
Few minor things which I have an issue with about the game, but they will be taken care of in time I'm sure. But I'm having a blast and I intend on playing this game for a long time to come.
Considering how easy it is to make money in this game without having to put forth to much effort, I would probably say 5%-6% is a reasonable level given the size of the guild. The trash loot you receive just randomly killing things nets a decent profit in a short amount of time. In just 2 days of playing made 25g on just random armor to the AH and vendor junk.

So basicly youre saying that the person who has spent more hours farming/grinding and playing cant have the advantage because all the time they spent getting thare gear is not fair on people not willing to put the work or hours in.You get two equaly geared players fighing together and you would get one hell of epic fight.
I played wow for 2 and half years (quit 3 months ago waiting for lich to come out) and one thing i noticed with wow is the more you put into it the more you get out of it.
I don't think they should have the advantage at all. That doesn't make for good PVP. That just shows that you've put forth some major hours to get said gear so you don't have to actually try to win, you simply just win. That's not skilled, that's not fun, it's stupid. I'm by no means lashing out at you, mentalynuts, nor WOW for how it's system works. It's just something I, personally, don't agree with. PVP should be played off of skill, not by the gear you're wearing, which in my view makes it far more enjoyable when you make that kill and ultimately makes those who suck a** try and become better at their given profession / class.
Yea, WAR is very much an open world to travel through. You won't have to worry about what you had to deal with in AoC because that was quite excessive. Each zone is decent in size, not to big to have to travel through on foot but also not small by any means.
