    Also I underlined some errors in your post.  English isn't too hard to type out.  That isn't being elitist, but it is being a prick.   Yeah,  I am a prick.   I also hate raiding and agree with most other people on this thread.

  • I am too lazy to provide a list of what's wrong with the game.  I wasn't a fanboy or a hater, but I did enjoy the game.  I'd never defend it like a christian would defend the bible.... that's ridiculous.

     

    But the recent patches (and the current one on the test server) are complete BULLSHIT.  The developers do not play the game.

     

    HAY I R HAVE A GOOD DIEA!!!! LET'S NERFS AND CHANGE EVERYTHING INSTEAD OF FIXING AND ADDING CONTENT!

  • Update your video card drivers.  I had an older  driver for my video card and it wouldn't load up-- so I'm pretty sure you just need to upgrade them to the latest.  I think I was using like 169.02 and the current is 175.xx

     

    Try that first before you try anything else.

Compared to the first time it is fun to party with Dancers and Corsairs and Puppeteers etc. that were not there, but you still have things easier LFG if you're a PLD, WAR, WHM or BLM.

     

    I's still looking for the ideal Linkshell and that could cause problems later, but I'm not feeling any pressure. There is no way to catch up quickly so I'm just enjoying myself until Aion or War take my interest.

     

     

     

    Miner?  You must be my twin.   Yes, I had the same experience with FFXI.  I left it in April 2005 when their login servers where being ddos'ed.. couldn't take that anymore.  I did play it for about 18-24 months or so as well.  I had 2 static parties when I was leveling my BLM and I did enjoy it.

     

    I don't look forward to doing some annoying quests.. Subjob, for instance.. getting rank 5...... I'm still trying to decide if I should get back into this game while I wait for Age of Conan and Warhammer.... I really have nothing else to do aside from waiting for some anime to be released.

     

     

    Here's a question..  Since I used to play on Fairy, how is the population on that server still?
