    This has to be one of the most sensible statements I've ever read here at mmorpg and I've been reading for quite some time. Short simple and honest.

    Wish there were more people like this guy.

    That being said I have never played WoW. I started my online gaming days in Desert Combat (a mod for BF1942), then found out about mmos through some of the people I played with and began my mmo venture with Anarchy Online. I then swicthed to EQ2 when it launched and stayed with it for a year then switched to SWG for a year and then a mix of EVE, back to EQ2....beta in TR and POTBS. I then ended up going back to SWG then to AoC and was waiting for WAR because I was waiting for a game that offered meaningful PvP.....I am now in love with WAR.

    I am now waiting on STO and hopefully one day a FireFly mmo.

    This game is a refreshing change and runs exceptionally well. Also as far as someone saying that a lot of people are feeling this way....lol.....what a joke. The only people saying that are WoW players waiting for their expansion afraid this game will steal people away and the others are mmo burn outs.

    Getting really tired of people making bs staements. If you want to go play a grind your life a way game ....feel free.

    OP what the h3ll is it to you what score this game gets? Seriously...if you don't like it go play something else.....get over it. Why come in these forums and state that your mad about the rating? Doesn't make any sense to me unless your about 12.

    Play what you like .... no one asked you to play.

  • The problem with SWG PvP is that it barely exists. I went back after the free month thing and ended up canceling my 3 accounts before the first paid month was up. I canceled because I was falling a sleep at my keyboard because the game is sooooooo boring. You spend 20 mintues getting buffed then an hour by the time to get to restuss and see some one to kill....then thats it .....night over.

    They NEED to fix the gcw if they ever hope to increase their sub numbers....plain and simple.
