really it's everything. is your world going to be set up to have choke points if so how many. what's the value of the cheapest gear and the most expensive. how is gear found/made and it's time investment/value. what's the level stratification, are areas level stratified. is skill access/powers level stratified. Are you going to bother to discourage non-RP-PvP. are there faction costs to being a rabid-PvPer and if so how will the character still be playable. are you going to discourage alts or encourage their use. are the factions at war or a cold war and with that bit what are their economic relation. are resources divided between factions(anything from special iron/metals to raids) and can the players affect these at all.
PvP is the target for developers, but it's really not the first thing they'll worry about since it needs everything else in place first.
I'm talking PvP ideas... Not PvE, leveling, professions, and lore.

@ Rogue420: You think Waaayyy too much in WoW terms.. who says you have to retrieve your body?
IMO the best PvP is in tibia.. death penalties are a bit harsh but thats the way to go if you want a real nice PvP world.
corpse running is one thing scrub... btw i'm sure there's other mmorpgs that do something like that.

The thing is Glider and World of Warcraft DO NOT interact with each other.
Translation: I like bots, and they should let me use them, even if it's against the EULA.
I don't particular like the bots, they just do not bother me. I play the game, I spend more time worrying about what I am doing as opposed to others.
I don't whine bitch and complain about bots.
I play on a PvP server. I go around and kill bots, not cry cause they exist.
I farm my materials needed to craft. I am in a great guild for my gear.
I don't bother worrying about the AH or it's inflation because there isn't a damn thing on it I can't go get for myself.
Lazy people whine about bots thats about it.
Here is a notion quit worrying about bots and go actually MINE your minerals, kill ogres for your cloth and quit being anti-social and get into a guild that can provide you with decent gear.
Stop whining.
OH and btw EULA's are absolute garbage, biggest waste of 1010101010101 I ever seen.
If they were printed on paper I wouldn't wipe my ass with one.
You come off as a greasy scrub who bots, but just goes play Halo while you're botting your WoW toons. I doubt there's a free botting program out there 10x better than Glider. Why would people be using Glider still and this is the first I heard about this other bot.

1. No safe zone except towns
2. No general/zone chat - kill immersion
What about starting zones? Joining the gaming world (esp. for a new player) and being corpse camped is just stupid business.
A pure PvP MMORPG wouldn't work IMO. Having a balanced of PvP and PvE is the way to go.
