You are judging way to quickly, as the previous posters said, its an early launch. It is a problem that plights any game at the start, there are more players than GMs, and the players dont have access to web resources because none have been created yet. I'd bet 50% of the GM help requests are "I cant find this dude in this quest", even though the "dude" is clearly marked on the mini-map.
I did a quick search, realized no one had posted this before, so here goes:
ROHAN Online open beta starts on May 27th (countdown timer on the website). It has some very interesting features, including a wide variety of classes and a "revengeful" PVP system. Also features guild cities, taxation, unique crafting (combining), and more importantly a player-set stat and skill system. Meaning no "auto" stat system, Rohan lets you actually build your character the way you want too, and not be a clone.
