    Absolutely not. There is no evidence one way or the other that men are more or less 'mature' than women, and being mature is a pretty vague term. Both as an academic and in my personal life, I've never seen evidence that women are any way more mature than men, unless it's men amongst each other - whereas social psychology suggests it's the same when women are amongst each other.
