Ofcourse my Dad won't allow me to use his creditcard to buy boosterpacks in a videogame. I don't blame him though since Im a 30 yr old and make about 3 times the money he makes, like making $10 writing this post

Anything added to the game will split the population in some way. The game caters to a number of different playstyles and not all can be satisfied at once.
...but seriously a CARD game ffs!
Again, you might not like it, but there are a healthy number of people that do like it. Again, giving something to one group will mean another isn't happy.
Thats not true, items gained in the CARD game can and will effect the gaming world. FEKKIN' lame to be honest!
Even You as the biggest fanboi have to see that its not right or ethical to do so. Have your preteen cardgame fine, but having to pay for it to compete or get phat loot is retarded at best.

Then thanks god for player freedom.
You can grind as much as you want to. Or not! Just choose how much you want to...sandbox you know!
What he said.
How exactly do you choose?
You're recruited in a guild. They are getting prepared for a huge battle, but you think you can choose whether or not you help them get prepared? You'll help patrrol the land (standing in the same spot over and over) or harvest material (grind) or mabye craft some nails (grind) or even kill some monsters for a rare material (more grind!).
You're in a guild; I'm sure you're preparing to build cities, boats, etc. To do so, you'll need the help of everyone in your guild...which means everyone will end up grinding.
This isnt called grinding, but "playing the game" which should also be fun. The point with grinding is that You have to do it to get to "end game". In DF the way to End Game is short and you can participate in whatever you want, cause you're not divided by levels

Ok I see some article about pvp which at the very least is an actual in game mechanic but honestly a trading card game? This game has moved beyond pathetic it really is just sad.
Most decissions made for SWG is against any logic.
All additions to the game split the few players still in the game. When will they understand that adding content aint the same as adding additional planets for example.
Now we have 3 games in one, JTL, SWG and the Card game. And now SWG has more planets than players and another one incomming.
The insta travel wherever you want on top of that make this game feel like a singel player game.
