Admitting Tier 1 was not balanced was what I liked hearing. I hope this means they will look into balancing Tier 1 more, then.

Therefore, yes, chances is you will get your ass kicked alot, but with good gear and skill, nothing to worry about. Myself used to make the life miserable of alot of high 60s on bgs while i was 60 only.
Oh yeah. Always forget such small details like that. :)
I would imagine Blizzard groups unpopulated servers with populated ones to keep those ones alive so you should not worry about that either.
Yeah. That's true. But even a battle group is still bound to rules of population.

I have no clue what the official response to not having Burning Crusade but having Wrath of the Lich King is. However, I would imagine there is nothing to worry about.
I would think if your server is at least a medium activity server that there is still plenty of level 50-59 Battlegrounds going on. Watch out, though, there's a good number of 59 twinks out there.
For level 60, there is a level 60 only AV. However, the other battlegrounds are level 60-70 I believe. This means unless you are a healer, killing anyone will be next to impossible unless you play AV. The level 60 AV is still very fun and on my server, was still very active and full.
Anyway I hope some of this helps you. Good luck.
