I do not think you would preaching this if your characters were deleted. In the end, the problem will most likely be fixed but at what cost? This patch just gives people more reasons not to renew their subscription.
Seriously, if small hiccups impacted games on the level that you're saying, WoW would be nonexistent today. Yea, these bugs can be disheartening, but at the same time they'll more than likely be fixed in the VERY short term. Mythic isnt stupid (as apparent by the recent updates they've made to the game). They know when changes they make could adversely affect their sub numbers and if you think they're just going to sit around and let that happen, you're nuts. And if a player quits over something that'll likely be solved in 24 hours, well to be honest i dont have much nice to say about that, so yea.

These are issues. Yes there is a problem. No it is NOT gamebreaking. No it is NOT the end of the game. No it is NOT that big of a deal.
No - its not big of a deal that guilds and characters have disspeared from the game.... Thats just minor issues that dont matter - specially considering that it could take days to solve this.
How much of a drama queen are you? Yes... it's shocking that something like this happened. I would hate to log on to find a char gone or a guild gone. However, no... it is not something to worry about, as i would bet good money it'll be fixed by tonight. But hey... keep screaming doom. Let me know how that works out for you. Everything you listed is a minor issue at best with a very short term solution.

WAR is a PvP game which is all about combat. It's new.
It should have more stuff and not less.
actually, WAR is an RvR game, meaning any PvP going on should be balanced based on group play and not solo play.

Isn't dc comming out for the ps3 also?
yes
dont see why not. If they can include the character customization of CoX with better game physics (which it seems they do), then i'm all for it. As well, if they can make some kind of meaningful end game, PvP and non-repetative content then they're light years beyond CoX.
