Beastmaster is the easiest class to solo. But keep in mind two things:
1) This game is designed to be group-oriented
2) Being that BM is the easiest to solo, they don't work well in groups, so you'll have trouble finding them later on.
There is no such thing as an unbiased impression.

Very few will leave EQ2 for AoC, they may try it until they see how totally uninspiring it is, but trying something is one thing, staying with it is a whole different ball game.
In short No, everyone is not leaving EQ2 for AoC.
I stopped reading there. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but you, sir, are an idiot.
Once word gets out on what a great game this is; more people will try it out.
As a player with Early Access let me tell you:
AoC surpassed ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. And for the quest-lovers (a lot of EQ2 players), there is not a better game.
Only gripe is some of the social mechanics are lacking, but it seems easy enough to change.
Glad you're having a good time. EQ2 had me for 3 years and I don't regret a day of it.
Which console would you like to see MMOs released for?
