- Invites, invites, invites....
i signed up on 06/15/2007, over a year and month ago, and still nothing :(. Guess it will be upto my collectors edition sign up(from the day they released the pre-order cards) to try and get some earlier game play time.

Once they patch up all the memory leaks, 2 gigs shouldn't be a problem at all. I balance out at 80% of 2 gigs, but it creeps up slowly to 98% as I go to 6+ diffrent zones. It doesn't seem to clear all the old memory for zones you have left.

- There was another game, not an MMO, about Star Trek ship battles. The box clearly indicated the minimum specs, thing was, it wouldn't even start with those. People called, and they were actually told they needed "better computers". The games forums were a pretty good representation of how things were going. The majority of the threads were locked, even ones trying to help people. It took something like 2 months to get the game to reasonably work at all. Then there were issues with they ported it from xbox, and the controls were unchangeable, and in such bad form.Even with that bad a game, no actual lawsuits took place, but I think the BBB had a few nasty emails, but thats it.

- what mmo have the Futhurest Draw Distance?
I am tempted to say planetside. It was pretty far out there with maps being miles in size. If you tilted the view down to the side, it had that odd warping effect that let you see even farther in the corners.
