    • Can I be Different?
    • There is alot of different gear to get. I am shure that there is one set that is the best of them all. I don't really know about that. What I do know is that there is gear around that is good and nice and so that is not that apperant to get and not so obvious that they are around.

I mean not everyone actually knows about it.

The armor and weapons is not as spaced out as they are in WoW. So people looks abit from the same mill and they don't. Don't know how to describe it but armor looks more polished and well made when it is a better one.

Gear can last from level 20 up until 35,40. And there is also alot effort behind a person that can make you a really nice sword. And from my experience a weapon with the double DPS on it really doesn't make it feel like a 100% difference.

I don't think Vanguard is so much in the variety in armor and weapons, the biggest difference is in the extra things that you can do besides questing/adventuring. A quest is a quest is a quest. So for character development there is alot of other things to do besides raid for gear.

Too bad there are people like me though, who are either lazy or protective of their CC info and will not want to deal with the extra hassle or needlessly hand out their CC info.

Yeah, your concern about being careful about the CC. There is nothing wrong with that.

But even if I exegerated the point. If they would continue charging for the subscription after the trial it would mean they actually give the game away you just need to subscribe to it. Which seems like a pretty nice deal in the end. And concidering (as what I believe) they offer the retail for download for full price it would mean they loose money on doing that.

So with that in mind would one believe that one enters the CC with the intent of continuing to subscribe after the trial.

No, I don't want to call anyone stupid or so...but.

      Retailer - 30€ with 30 days.

      Buddy key - 15€ with 40 days.

      Hmm.

You need to pay for trial???

      Obviously some are...

      Think here for once.

If the OP are correct when he says, or inclining, that Funcom will take a month subscription with the trial. That would mean that they first give you 10 days to test the game, and after that they take the subscription fee for one month. That would mean they sell you the game for 15€ if you take a trial while it still cost c:a 30€ in stores.

Does that sound likely to happen?

I mean what do you believe?
