- And I just tried again and all I'm getting the option to crate a new game account and NOTHING about adding a prior one.

- I would LOVE to add my retail key to my account but if I create a new master account it won't let me add my already created game account to it.

- This is getting ridiculous.
  
  I got the head-start, was loving it, and since Friday afternoon have been getting the Authentication error.
  
  I already have a game account and when I go to make a master account it won't allow me to use my already created game account.
  
  I've emailed CS twice with no response and the phone lines for Mythic and EA have been non-stop "please wait for a representative."
  I was so loving this game that I paid for and can't play . . . .
