Wow, that will accomplish a lot...
If you must play WAR just move to NA servers. I seem to recall a petition for GOA being dropped by Mythic way back at the release of DAoC. Look what happened, GOA got WAR....

- What small thing should they add?
A few housing zones
An expansion that makes players form raids to do trials for leveling equipment, that require scrolls to activate. Only one player gets the artifact in the whole raid though and the scrolls are extra rare drops.
Revamp the RvR zones so that no players actually like it. Tweak it for the next few years.
