I don't hate them and I don't care if they sell 1 box or 1 million boxes. Good for them, if they sold 1.5 million. I just said my opinion about differences between sold and distributed. I think it's not nice, when somebody plays with words to suggest anything else than the truth.
If they had have 1.5 million preorders and they had have shipped only those preorders, they would have said that so, because that would be something to be proud of. Because they tell very misty stories and no facts, I don't believe them.
And if it's in the news, I as a reader have the right to say my opinion, also if I don't care about the game, the company and their numbers. That doesn't make me to a hater.

As far as I know "sold for retailers" is not = money.
Reatailers have at least 30 days of payment period. So if they ORDER 1 million copies, they don't buy it immediately. They "buy" it on commission.
Practically they pay only for sold (to consumers) units. The news really mean: They distributed 1.5 million copies. They didn't sold them yet. It's just a PR stunt to use the word "sold".
