I don't think the ultimate fate of Ahsoka has been determined yet. Just because a character is introduced, it doesn't mean the entire life history has been written nor revealed at this time. Savor the mystery. Bio in link that follows.
starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Ahsoka
A couple of quick points - it's Asajj, not Asajja, and Asajj is a she, not a he. Bio in link that follows. (yes, i know the link misspells the name, not my fault, gripe at wookieepedia).
Knowing beforehand that the movie is aimed at a young audience, I found it enjoyable. It isn't the best movie out there (that's Batman by a long shot), but it's not bad. And I rather enjoyed the CGI (not animation - I differentiate CGI and animation, the later being drawings and such). I didn't care for the baby Hutt either, but it didn't achieve the Jar Jar Binks level of annoying, so meh. I loved the scene with the clone troopers ascending the cliff wall, very nicely done.
Lessee -
Still a generally grumpy person - check.
Still highly pissed about the deception that is the NGE and the manner in which it was implemented - check.
Still honked off at the CU - check.
Still mad at $OE for destroying my game - oh yeah, check.
Still don't give a damn what all the NGE fanbois say - check.
Still absolutely no urge whatsoever to shill another penny into the pockets of the rat bastards who have twice destroyed SWG - check.
Hmm, well, it seems I'm still a grumpy, frumpy refugee. Here's hoping BioWare has some good news for us all soon that can be publicly released.

I'm curious what makes this game unique. It's not the combat system. It's not the theme. It's not the graphics style., so why play this game over like EQII or something?
I'm not trying to troll, I'm genuinely curious.
Elves and Orcs.
Oh, wait................................. nevermind. ![]()

First off, you're obsessed with the word "toon", i like "character" better, just a pet peeve of mine.
Ok. I'm obsessed with the word "toon". You're obsessed with the word "character". I can accept that. To be honest, I'm truly obsessed with the phrase "an ontological discussion of dialectical materialism", from The Rise of Anthropological Theory, by Marvin Harris, but that's another story.
Lag must be on your end, especially if i was able to run this game on a p4 2.4, gforce fx5600, 1.5 gigs with no problems. Mostly had it on medium settings too. The only time i ever really lagged was in Ettenmoors (PvP) with large scale battles. My load times were always under 5 seconds too. My system is superior to yours, actually, connection is fine, lag persists. See my other reply for system stats. Lag problems are unique to LOTRO, nothing else suffers similarly.
It's true there is instancing, but only for buildings (AH, Thorins hall, crafting, etc.), instant travel, dungeons, raids, pvp zone, and housing section; this might be a deal breaker for you, which is understandable. The adventure/questing world (eriador) is seamless though, you can walk from shire to rivendell without a loading screen. Could be, made into zone w/ Ered Luin (hope I spelled that right), did quests, never went elsewhere though. No, I went over to the player housing area east of Ered whatever, over by the Shire (?) for one simple delivery quest, picked a bunch of various berries by the river on the way. All I know is I went through a bunch of loading screens L1-10, more than I felt I should have.
I wish Turbine used a different art style too, but it is what it is. There was a huge debate about it awhile back on the Turbine boards too. Here's some nice artwork variations they could've used. http://www.lordotrings.com/artmedia/art.asp Too bad they chose the art style they did, it's a large part of why I won't be subscribing at this time.
Most of your review is pretty fair though. Thank you.

These are some suggestion to enjoy the game as intended: Here are some of mine.
You can donwload or create your own UI - or they could let us start with one that's at least decent.
You can use cosmetic clothing preserving the statistics of your armor - see prior comment. I'm not trying to play Barbie-n-Ken here, I just want decent looking gear. Gray-green, gray-blue, and gray-gold with a healthy dab of gray gets real old, real quick.
I suggest defragmenting the game folder after an update, and I don't recomment running other IO operations while playing. They are working to improve the load times for MOM - good idea, and good to know.
Compared to AOC, LOTRO only have 2 fractions of the world instanced - still too much in my opinion. From L1-10, I feel I spent too much time changing instances/zones.
It depend on the zone and your plating time - true. Still somewhat barren, even on weekend afternoons.
The official wiki is the Lorebook, lorebook.lotro.com - good to know. I just went for what I figured was likely to be one of the better ones, I was already feeling I wouldn't be subscribing so I didn't need to research all the sites.
If your VGA isn't good enought the game will tune down your video settings, including the animations, you can change the animations settings in the options panel - NVidia GeForce 7600 good enough? Has been for the every other MMO I've tried.
Sorry but one of the best part of the engine is the large number of options that has to run even in oldest system. I suggest updating your video drivers and when you play the game, only play the game (without others programs running, if your PC isn't powerfull enought. Remember that this is a game of 2007, isn't WoW, SWG or CoH. Video drivers were fully updated before I ran game. PC is more than powerful enough. No other MMO causes the same probs I experienced with LOTRO. 3.2 GHz 64bit AMD, 2 GB DDR2 Ram, mobo rocks - not the top of the end 2008 system, true, but should run a game like this fine, runs other games just fine - variance seems to be unique to LOTRO. I'm not running some 8 year old POS Dell here. Knowing my system, I don't think your point here is remotely on-target.
