I have made the decision to move my blog to blogger.com due to the fact that I wanted to expand my writing to include other subjects including technology, current events AND gaming, both MMO and other PC and Xbox games and felt that leaving it here would take me off topic somewhat and didn't want to deviate from this site's format.
Please visit my new blog (which points to this one for the time being for reference) at:
Thank you to all for your readership as well as MMORPG.com for providing me my very first blog! See you soon!

WOOT! To the first part of your post.
TMI on the second part of your post :)
Absoultely worth watching. My jaw dropped to the floor when I saw what they have done in so little time. I have a small synopsis written up on my blog about it if ya want to come check it out HERE
Hiya,
I've blogged about this subject HERE and also believe we are in dire need of a non-fantasy MMO. I too am tired of dwarves, elves, and swords.
I too agree that instances break immersion and felt that while playing AoC I was heavily directed via pathing and could actually "feel" where the zone ended and the next one began. I wrote up a blog entry about instancing if ya care to give it a read.
Now this is the kind of experience I like to have in an MMO! Cheers to the OP! Great storytelling, and I wish you the best of luck on your project. By the way, which server are all of you on? I have a 21 Warrior, a 10 Shaman, and a 41 Ranger all on Seradon server, and would love to hook up and adventure with you guys in this roleplay fashion. It appears that there are a few players like myself that enjoy this type of immersion.! Send me a PM here and I'll give you my character names.
Cheers!
What aspect of MMORPG's are you more into?
