Sure! You get all those nifty Pre-Order and Collector's Edition extras as Veteran Rewards. It looks to me like the COH team is running out of steam. I guess that's what happens when you're really not pushed to come up with anything new for so long. I've got a stack of NCSoft timecards I could use, but I'm not even interested anymore.

    • Age of Conan: Letter from the Game Director
    • Do the math. Funcom posted another "Developers' Letter" just a few days before the first players would be coming around for their first subscription renewals. In it, they promised all the stuff that Gaute's now saying he's sorry that they haven't implemented yet. Now, it's coming up on the second month's subscription charges and they're doing it again. And isn't their Test Server on Double-Secret NDA lockdown? So no one really knows what they're working on!

Hope you understanding types like forking over money to Funcom so you can get one of these "we're working on it" letters every month.   Remember, though, this charity isn't tax-deductible. Enjoy.

    • Will this be free?
    • Oh brother, another one of those who thinks that just because something's on the internet, it must be free. I get tired of buying a game, paying a monthly subscription rate, then seeing people like this one come out of the woodwork looking for a freebie.

Where do you think the money comes from to develop these things, Sunshine? Santa Claus?

      Champions Online
    • City of Villains: Veteran Rewards
    • So much for exclusive rewards. Way to go on the cheap, guys. I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds this less than inspiring. If Jack has truly learned his lesson and Champions Online is what he's saying it will be, City of Heroes is a memory.
