  • At the end of the Open Beta, and just before the launch of the Head Start,

    We will announce the list of guild members who have proven themselves to be the best qualified for the squad leader core, known as the Odji-Mortis.

    Guild members in the Odji Mortis will be responsible for the formation of parties and warbands in whichever theater-of-war where they happen to be killing. They will report to the tactical leader for that T-o-W. Odji-Mortis are not responsible for new applicant interrogations, or required to be mentors in the mentorship program.

    There is a logistical aspect to leading parties and warbands that is not for everyone. All the invites and re-invites. Communicating directions. Keeping an eye on the map, who is guarding who, who is healing who, etc...

    With this level of responsibility comes recognition by all members in our unholy army that the Odji Mortis are proven leaders and are to be respected by us, and feared by our prey. To that end, all promotions to future open officer ranks will come from the Odji Mortis, including to the rank of Standard Bearer.

    
    The Officers and Dark Lords have our eyes on many of you. On September 13th, we will announce the first round of promotions.

    And in the interest of full disclosure, I'm sure FatGamer wants you all to know that he bumbled his application with our guild prior to making the above post.
    As you can guess, our application process successfully prevented this person from becoming a member.
    He didn't even make it past the first round of standardized questions before quitting in a huff. So, this whole "inside" that he claims to have...
