Apparently Paypal had some problems with subscriptions now showing or thats what I was told. You should file an unauthorized charge via paypal for the subscription.

They are taking a huge risk by making a space combat/trading game and going up against games like EVE. Would instead use the money on developing/marketing Neocron that is still unique.

Trying out the 10 day trial at the moment, wanted to see how the game looks nowadays. Was active player at release and tought to check the game out again. Ive played lots of mmorpgs new and old and I still consider Neocron to be one of the best. However as with most games eventually one have tried or done all the things one can do and one gets bored.
The game was ahead of its time and the company creating it had not enough funding, good enough marketing skills ( imo ). The game had lots of unique and groundbreaking features at its release and still many features are current.
I cannot much tell about the current state of the game but if you are into politics, first person pvp, conquering bases ect. this is worth a try.
This game for sure would deserve funding and a dedicated development team to update and market the game.

Played this game for awhile.
The graphics aint that bad better than most "western" mmorpgs including some that are in Beta ( Supports widescreen ). One pretty much run around the same zones but thats intended so one dont have to waste time for travelling.
The worst thing tho is support which is totally lacking. Have had tickets up for 18 days now and not a single reply. This pretty much have made me loose interest in the game.
Generally its a playable game while waiting for something better to come along. The game is very sooloable so no need to commit to guilds or even look for a group.

Played AO for years and mainly a good guild kept me playing much longer. Have played alot since I left AO and Wow was a long time favorate but now more or less doing beta tests and trying out f2p games until something really good comes along. Might go back and check whats up with AO when the new graphics engine is implemented.
