- How's your MMO's customer center or GMing
- i've just tested the customer center of NeoSteam and as i've found out that they are friendly and they make sure that your inquiry/problems will be solve. they also given me some advice on how not to lag when playing although some of their advice doesn't register to my mind, lol! i even ask them to help me ingame to help me find a guild and a GM talk to me and ask my problem. GMs are not that bossy and they can be approach easily. well i need to find out more on what else they can do! i'll update my post after i found out.
