hmmm.... Excerpt from the article:
...Sony (SNE) Online Entertainment is announcing on Tuesday that it has created what it describes as the first game that will debut on the Web and then migrate to the shelves of Target ...
seems like the card game from SWG was for a reason, they had swg people pay to test out their system for a whole new game they plan to market somewhere else.
Thats about par for the course i guess with SOE.
there is nothing binding about a purchase agreement at all .
The contract at delivery is when you purchase a car thats the 1st binding thing there is and even that has loop-holes ( for example when the loan company calls you the day after you buy it , if your not happy say you lost your job and they wont fund the loan and i can promise the car dealer will want their car back and since the loan company never funded the loan it dont show up on your credit)
As for the deposit , check with your dealer because thats a business rule they have about money being refundable that answer will be different from dealer to dealer , but unless they gave you something in writing saying it is non refundable i think you can plant a decent case to get it back.
I didnt blame anyone , i said when do you draw the line?
At what point is it personal responsibility?
It was hard because you made a choice to set up that family before you COULD provide a good life instead of sacrificing that and waiting like i did. So which of us is special ? me who lost out on having kids when i would have been younger or you because you lost out on some bar time and a bass boat?
What makes you think you deserve my money more than I do?
You know what makes it hard to get out of that rut?
raising minimum wage , the EIC , WIC, subsidized housing, free everything you need.
leaving that rut mean taking a chance you will fail and have less , so people dont risk it on avg. If they did your story wouldnt mean shit because its the norm , but since you are proud it must mean its somethnig special. ( and it is congrats for getting out btw really i mean that , it says alot about your character and your drive to improve your kids lives)
Face it ,its not worth it to even try for 90% of the peolpe living with all those bebenits , especially when your about to DOUBLE them + add health care + other benefits we dont even see yet.
You create a nation of dependents , rather than a people with drive.
Lifes IS hard , and if it wasnt so damn easy to be poor ( meaning 1 TV and only basic cable and 1 car in the family in most cases anyway when people here say poor). Peolpe would not CHOOSE it over being something else.
I can say it was easy to be poor because i came from there too , i went to college AFTER paying in blood serving in the military and will be disabled the rest of my life for my education , i passed on having kids at 20 because i couldnt afford them , i grew up in a trailer in La watching my mom work 2 jobs because my dad is 100% disabled . I got a crappy job and worked to get promoted by passing up PS1 time and getting drunk at the bars with the other 25 year olds . I gave up damn near the 1st 1/4 of my life to get where i am , things you wont even consider a sacrifice because you have them, example kids, So no I dont buy your crap that people u are entitied to something i am not because they choose badly.
Its choice in alot of cases , made when they were in HS and dropped out , made at 22 when they went to jail, made at 14 when they decided weed was better for them than school , etc...
maybe jst maybe if it was HARD to live that way , there would be more people willing to TRY to get out. And getting out wouldnt be news , it would be the way things are.
Now if you REALLY cant i mean really cant , and the ONYL person i would consider fits in this category are HOMELESS people who cant even take a shower OR get anything , then yes i would give monwey to help , i would give time to help. So its not careless me , i dont give a shit ,its our system of rewards for people with no desire and that has created a environment of people who expect rewards for failure and lack of desire.
I wish to create a better world and slavery and dependence isnt a part of it.
not to be rrude , but why reinforce that family structure you are talknig about?
Why does the person who waits to finish school before having kids , who puts herself thru school , sacrifices early family to have a career deserve to get punished to supoprt someone who decided at 15 to have a kid and now ant get a break?
Where is the line drawn? Making a bad decision at 15 dopesnt entitle a person to a free ride through out life. So why does making corect decisions and being responsible mean you have to pay for those entitlements?
Where does responsibility come into play?
What possible incentive would there be to stay in school and shoot for college if you know droping out and pumping out kids will get you set up to a comfy ( not spectacular) life?

No, that is not true. Jesus and allah claim to be VERY different. The gods of norse and Jesus claim to be VERY different. Indian rituals involving ancestoral worship and Jesus are two VERY different things. There is no 'universal' God. Someone is right, and many are wrong.
If you were to tell that to a muslim in Iraq, they'd probably kill you for believing a heresy. A Christian wouldn't, but I say that to make a point - that type of new age philosophy is very recent and anyone who holds belief to a certian Deity will certianly disregard that statement; because #1: it doesn't make sense and #2 it isn't true. Jesus is NOT allah and vise versa allah is NOT Jesus.
Blessings,
uh no jesus and mohammed are of the same god, they say jesus was a prophet too( and respected as such) , just came before so Mohammed was the LAST prophet with the updated version.
they see christians as fellow pilgrims walking the SAME road to heaven, they just are using the pre-patch version.
edited for corrections.
