There hasn't been anything official from Mythic yet. The dates from stores are just estimates.

- So my cousin signed up for beta....
I signed up for beta on the day after the beta center opened up. If I hear one of these "I signed up two days ago and I got in" stories I'm oging to freakin lose it. I know its supposed to be random but I would think that the longer you have been signed up that it should be weighted a bit in your favor.

There are going to be some dungeons. At last check both of the cities will have 3 dungeon within them and I'm sure there will be more of them throughout the world. No idea about level requirements but as for raids except for the king battles and RvR in general I wouldn't expect to many of them. Mythic isn't really a fan of time sinks.
