• • RP Server or Unofficial RP Server?

  • From what I understand is that when they combined the servers RP went "underground" because there were people who didn't really enjoy it.

     

    Now I dont really understand this much because the community in vanguard seems really fine and I do not see why RPers would have to go "underground" and only RP in guilds >>

     

    In LOTRO Lots of people RP and lots of people don't...but they co-exsist and everyone is happy. Why can't they just do that in Vanguard? I really miss  just walking around and seeing people RPing everyone : [I want that experience in vanguard : [

  • Then why isn't Vanguard population better? That is probably the best sandbox game out there right now yet people still complain! I have played Vanguard a good bit and when I see people complain that there are no sandbox games out there I am just baffled. Vangaurd IS THE sand box game..you can really do what you want.

     

    want to be a diplomat? Done.

     

    Want to be a traveling merchant..done.

     

    You can anything. Build boats, become  a pirate!

     

    So why don't more people play VG? Is it because of the horrible launch?

    Games played:

    Lotro, WoW, tabula rasa, Lineage2, Guild Wars, EQ2,CoH/CoV.

    1)  I would say its worth your time if you enjoy huge unique dungeons, that are not instanced, awesome crafting, diplomacy and just an overall huge world!

     

    2) Well, they both have quests, raids and classes..

    3) none-cartoony graphics, unique classes, more races, bigger world, no instances, diplomacy, crafting is different annd...I cant think of much else! Oh yeah, housing and boats!

    4)  Well PVP is pretty much none-exsistant..but meh. Its a PVE game and has 12 in deph and very interesting classes! so I say come give it a chance!

  • Yeah, I would like to see Vanguard to get a bigger team but the current team is pretty good and Silius seems to really care about the game.
