    John: I think that it is fair to say we have proven ourselves in the last year or so. We've listened, after making the mistake of doing the NGE, and I think we now have a game that we're all really proud of. We have the game now that I wish we'd launched with.

    Ask the playerbase and I think you'd get a lot of different answers, but mostly I get emails saying that the game is a lot of fun now. I'd say that while things were intense for a little while –and I definitely understand there are still some upset players - I think there are a lot more happy players.

  • Think I must be one of the most pi$$ed off people around over the whole NGE. I will never forget it. But Jeff Freeman came on here and explained his actions and admitted his mistakes while no one else has had the courtesy or balls to do so.

    He rightfully got the brunt of peoples anger, however in my eyes he totally turned that around when he stepped up and told us what he could. He admitted mistakes were made but also why they were made and you could tell by his writing he meant what he said.

    He also created the Creature handler system which hasn't been bettered by anyone yet and the actual good expantion pack JTLS. So lets remember he gave us thos awesome parts of SWG pre-NGE.

    Atleast he can be proud that he joined SWG when it was amazingly good and leaves it amazingly crap.

  • My main worry with $OE running this card game is that they fix it so that its nearly impossible to get a decent card. Or  absolutely impossible to get a great card yet have the carrot on the stick making out it is available and folk pay more and more for junk.

    Look what they did with Flawless pearls, they claimed you could get them yet we all spent hours and hours trying to get them, then the NGE hit us. It was then revealed that they had been turned off to make sure Veteran Jedi weren,t too powerful when the NGE hit.

    Then they claimed you could be Jedi from the start, so folk spent hours and hours trying to unlock Jedi then we all found out it was never even implemented till months after live.

    $oe rip off and lie to their customers routinely so this will be no different.
