I like to laugh about players who think they are something big for playing for X amount of years, tested X amount, or played X mmo's.
Reason is that it's not the quantity that counts but the quality of your actions that matters.
I've lead guilds, ran websites for some, sometimes was only an officer or held no rank at all.
I prefer to let others do the dirty work running a guild these days.
