Profile: BatTheMatt

I have been playing MMORPG's since 2002, beginning with Phantasy Star Online Episodes 1 & 2. From there I moved onto Star Wars Galaxies, which I played for a couple years until I began to develop a strong connection to RuneScape, in which I made some of my closest online friends to date. Through online communities based off the game, I was able to interact and enjoy myself in a way I could not previously to RS. I eventually drifted apart from this MMO with its horrid gameplay and mediocre graphics, and picked up GunZ the Duel. It was through GunZ that I first started hearing about World of Warcraft, and I soon picked it up as well after hearing so many great things about it. This was around 2005, and I enjoyed WoW a great deal and spent quite a few years playing it (switching back and forth between WoW, RuneScape, LOTRO, and SWG during this time), and just recently quit once again to prepare myself for Aion, Champions Online, and the eventual Star Wars: The Old Republic.
