    Wait.. what? A MMO with a truly unique perspective taken almost into a complete art form and function? Why would the masses want anything to do with something creative let alone something that may cause them to think?

    In my opinion if this was done properly it could be simply beautiful, like SEED was. Think of SIN CITY, while not a style for everyone there are people out there who would appreciate.

    Hated Sin City, didn't mind the art work though. Personally though, I'm more intrigued by the art style they're going with in "The Spirit" similar yes, but still has its own subtleties which set it apart from Sin City.

  • I would completely support this idea Evasiva, maybe not so much the whole black and white view, but I might actually grow to like it (I'm just thinking of the "Untouchables" movie with Kevin Costner which was in color). I think it would be pretty interesting, especially if it's skill based, have a detective that is also a good sniper or good with a rifle versus being good with any other kind of weapon (blunt instruments etc.) Chicago and New York would definetely be THE perfect backdrops for this MMO. Too bad I don't see many developers picking up this idea though... :( no more originality in games anymore, also, you'd have to consider that this game would be very niche, so the developers wouldn't be getting the kind of money they'd want out of it (lots of it in other words)

    Please don't confuse Blizzard with SOE. SOE has been giving away much MUCH more to try and entice gamers to come back, and you have the nerve to paint Blizzard as the bad guy here? For god's sake get over yourselves.
