Some people have more money then time available (or sense...) and will be willing to pay for something they would have to grind for (or do a TF) to obtain.
Me, I got enough Respecs thru the Veterans rewards program for my needs, but someone who wants to max / min their toons every other levels will pay for it, sure...- Posted: 8/01/08 5:13 PM
