Its call the Alukinas Palace Its a lvl 40+ area. you Need to get keyed to enter. Its a Sealed away area where just about all the mobs are elites and  About 5-6 Elite Rare Bosses. Which drop some nice loot. It's to the NE of  the Belusium map. Hope this helps.
